Baby Bun Has Restful Nights with the Baby Shusher

Hi Folks - as you know I am only a little Baby Bun. I suddenly had trouble sleeping when my Mum put me into a room of my own.  My nose would quiver, then my whiskers would shake and before you know it - I was crying! Long sorrowful sobs - I didn't like being on my own at night without my mum.  I couldn't smell her near me.  When I was in her room just knowing she was there made me comfortable and I could go straight to sleep.

Mum didn't want to move me back into her room as she wanted me to get used to sleeping on my own.  The first thing she did was to put her scent on my favourite baby blanket.

Baby Bun's Favourite Blanket

The blanket was good - I had mum's scent but the room was toooooo quiet.

My mum then searched high and low for something else that would soothe me.  It was much better with the blanket there with Mum's scent on but it was very quiet in my room on my own.  When mum was there I could hear her slow rhythmic breathing and it made me relaxed and happy.  If I was in the garden I would have done a blinky  (for those of you who don't know what that is - it is a very happy bunny jump which we do in mid air as we are running).  Of course I didn't do that as I was very sleepy and the sound of mums breathing just made me drop off into a deep bunnyland sleep.

So one evening my mum came into my room when I crying and I could hear this rhythmic shushing sound.  My big long ears could hear this shushing sound - I loved it.  My mum had researched and apparently it was doctor approved and tested and designed to break a crying spell and it would engage my natural calming reflex.  When I was inside Mummy Bunny's tummy I was inundated 24 hours a day with the loud sounds of blood flow and other noises which were as loud as a vacuum cleaner but very calming to me.

What was the name of this miracle calming device?   BABY SHUSHER.  Sorry to shout but Mummy was so excited when it calmed me down and I was sleeping like a bunny should.

So if any of you out there have any Baby Buns that are not sleeping well I thoroughly recommend this Baby Shusher

My nose and my ears still twitch - but they twitch because I am a happy and a contented Baby Bun.

Would you like to see a real photo of me?  If enough people do then I might post a picture of myself on my next blog.
